Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Crezy4.store, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Used, washed, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Exchange

We offer free exchange for:

Wrong product received

Damaged product received

Size issues (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are available only if:

A wrong product is delivered.

A damaged product is delivered.

The ordered product is out of stock and an exchange is not possible.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Products without original tags or packaging.

Used, washed, or damaged products due to customer misuse.

Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For size exchange, return shipping charges may apply depending on the location.
